Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty..” - John 6:35
Q :What does “bread of life” mean?
A: In this passage bread is a symbol. Jesus is not talking about real bread. Jesus was teaching his listeners that he was the one who could give them spiritual food, and keep them alive.
